Document Management
SOS Connect provides a document management solution, either as an integral part of our case and matter management workflow or as a separate system.
You can quickly tailor the steps involved in producing documents to build in features such as automatic time recording, document filing, and version control. Documents can be compiled following a particular set of rules and delivered as PDF's via email for example. Matter documents can also be made available via your web-site to accommodate the needs of your private and commercial clients as appropriate
Any number of precedent documents can be held within SOS Connect for immediate production. Generated letters are automatically stored under the relevant matter document history and time automatically recorded against the client time ledger ready for billing. If the created document is to be emailed rather than printed (or both), this too can be an automated process with SOS Connect picking up the relevant email address from the client file.
The system is also very effective in the version control handling of changing leases/contracts etc which are being emailed to and from respective parties.
