Matter Management
As well as case management, SOS Connect also provides a simpler but equally flexible matter management system. Typically used as a generic file management system, it’s often preferred by commercial and litigation lawyers.
Like our case management software, lawyers can operate the matter management system entirely through their Microsoft Outlook screen, so training is minimal.
SOS Connect adapts to your working practices; not the other way around. Our Matter Management scripting functions let you build your own workflow processes within the software, delivering results much faster and more easily than a traditional case management system. The same scripting functions can also determine precisely how your staff uses SOS Connect every day, ensuring our software supports all your firm’s internal processes.
For larger firms, SOS Connect even enables you to develop your own user interfaces, with your preferred Connect screens (for example ledger or billing screens) forming part of your own office-wide portal.
